Usually, when I can’t think of a good video idea of my own, I call upon Challenge Charlie. It’s almost like a punishment for me, what’s that? Can’t come up with anything good to make this week? Well then, drink some ketchup, feel sick, show that discomfort to the world, and think about what you’ve done. It’s been nearly two months since my last challenge video, so I’ve been on a roll as far as coming up with video ideas is concerned, but this week but I finally reached my creative wall. And now, as punishment for me, and hopefully for your enjoyment, it’s time to watch me put on a pair of purple tights and feel like a fool.
Big thanks go to my Mum for helping me out with this video, I woke up on the day of needing to go and buy all of the superhero gear, and ended up on the phone to her, pleading, telling that I had no idea what shops to go to. Where the hell do you buy assorted felts, after all? But Mum came to the rescue, finding everything that I needed and popping it in a parcel which arrived at my flat the next day. Mum’s always good at helping me out with videos (a lot of the stuff you’ll see me do was either an idea born in her head originally, or something that she’s helped re-work with me) and I don’t thank her enough for it. Also! In regards to my last video, I want to say a massive thank you to anyone that posted their own “Dear Future [insert name here]” video! I’ve had a lot of fun looking through all of the responses to it. Just a note, if you’re in the video responding mood, may I recommend making your own superhero costume? You might have more fun wearing it than I had wearing my own, and if you don’t, it’d be a lot of fun to see someone else feeling like an idiot for a change.
